Caramelized Orange Marmalade

Josephine’s Feast Caramelized Orange Marmalade is made with naval oranges, a hint of lemon and pure sugar.  The cooking is taken to the highest level of heat to produce a warm caramel – a perfect flavor to round out the citrus tang of the navel orange .  Made in limited small batch quantities.  These preserves reflect both the taste of the season and art of the confiseur.
