Simmered to perfection as the juice cooks down to a syrup when the sugar is added. Further cooking unleashes the sweet and tart flavors of the fruit. Cinnamon, allspice, and cloves are added to the marmalade and a spritz of fresh lemon juice which enhances the flavor. Made in limited small batch quantities.
