Josephine’s Feast Quatre Epice is the flavor of French gingerbread. This spice mix is not exclusive to baking. Add one teaspoon to chicken or lamb stews. Rubbed on a pork or beef roast it creates a memorable meal. Add a pinch to French toast, pancake or waffle batter.
