Our Poultry Rub is designed with chicken in mind and fills the home with a delicious aroma. Mixing Mediterranean herbs with sweet asian spices and blending a hint of chili pepper, this mix works as beautifully on the barbeque as it does in the oven. We suggest that you rub a generous quantity on your chicken at leat an hur before cooking - adventerous cooks can prepare the chicken 24 hours in advance and refergerate overnight. As our spice mixes contain no salt we suggestthat you flavor your chicken with josephine's feast! Natural Sea Salt just prior to grilling or roasting.
