Our Rub for Steaks & Chops is as much a feast to the eye as it is a feast to the taste. We suggest that you rub on steaks or chops 30 minutes before grilling or broiling. This mix is also lovely when sprinkled over salmon or any white flesh fish. As our spice mixes contain no salt we suggest that you add josephine's feast! Natural Sea Salt just prior to cooking to please your personal taste.
