This is out strongest Marmalade made in the tradition of a true Scottish Marmalade. We hand cut a thicker rind and allow the marmalade to rest for several days to bring out a true Seville Orange flavor. Our Seville Orange Marmalade is made in limited editions and sought after by Marmalade affectionado's. As fit for a queen as it is for Paddington himself! Sumptuous diluted with rum and drizzled over desert or as a condiment with a sharp cheese. This is my personal favorite in a Breakfast Martini. (can we add the blog?)
