Curry Rub for Corn and Vegetables was designed to create a sweet curry flavor for grilled corn on the cob. Butter corn and rub with a scant 1/4 t spoon of spice mix . Grill over hot coals - works beautifully on oven roasted corn as well. Sprinkle with josephine's feast! Natural Sea Salt just prior to cooking. Can also be used on vegetables, poultry, and seafood.
