A perfect rub for fish and seafood. We prefer to oil or butter the fish first, then sprinkle a teaspoon of the rub and add salt if you prefer. There is no salt in this Rub . Grill, roast, or sauté. Great for White Flakey fish like Flounder or Sole as well as Salmon, Tuna and Swordfish.
Made without Salt - Season to taste prior to cooking if desired.
