Josephine's Feast Cara Cara Orange Marmalade. We were first introduced to Cara Cara Oranges by Alice Waters at Chez Panisse. This beautiful coral colored navel orange has a flavor more complex than most navel varietes and has been described as evoking notes of cherry, rose petal, orange, and blackberry. We make this marmalade by hand using responsibly grown Cara Cara Oranges for a luxurious breakfast offering or pared with mild cheeses.
